The cottage will have been deep, cleaned prior to your arrival. Any damage or breakages must be reported and an additional cost, maybe occurred. Also, please be aware that our minimum age is 15 years old
Dog Policy
We do have a pet policy. This is conditional on what kind of pet and how many you would be bringing to the cottage for more information on this please contact us by email with a description of the pets and how many do you intend to bring,
Cancellation policy
We do have a cancellation policy, if you cancel within 21 days of your stay, you will get your 50% deposit back anything after there is no refund If you stay for 7 Nights the price will be £1500.00. 50% deposit up front final 50% 6 weeks before arrival date. No Deposit back up to 2 weeks before arrival. Also minimum stay of 3 nights.
